It’s hard to be consistent

Today, I wasn’t feeling it. I didn’t feel like writing anything.

I felt pretty low. Suddenly, I felt like I lacked direction or any guidance, not just in writing but even in my career choices, which I always did, but I somehow felt like I was succumbing to that.

But after writing just a few lines, I already feel better. Yesterday was the last day of my college. I just took my last semester-end exam and came back almost quickly without meeting anyone.

I didn’t feel like meeting anyone not even my faculty. I have been having episodes of dizziness (due to exhaustion and overwork) for the past 2 weeks.

If I had stayed any longer with my head pounding and dizziness at mid-noon during Indian Summers, I was sure that I would have fallen down and grabbed unnecessary attention.

What I learned from this is that,

Sometimes, it is necessary to know our own limitations, and sometimes, it’s okay not to be consistent.

Consistent writing is directly related to Consistency in Life. So, if you want to be consistent in writing, you need to be consistent with your daily routine right from getting up in the morning to hitting the bed.

You must plan your life and manage your health so that you do not fall into the trap of overworking like I did for a few days before the exam (if you know you know)

Namaste and Thank you for giving this a read. Check out
