APS — Document Checklist I Prepared For You!
Let me tell you fairly, deciding on the checklist itself took me more than a week. But after getting done with the process, I came up with a much simpler process.
Here, I will explain step by step all the Document Checklists.
I will be covering the process for Indian students, but others could follow along to get a familiarity.

How will you select one?
Are you applying as an individual without any partnership? — Individual Procedures
Or
Are you an exchange student or a Partnership Student along with a group who are planning to complete a semester study abroad in a partnered German University? — Partnership Procedures
Exchange/Partnership Student — Partnership Procedures:
Consult your Coordinator, and in most cases, you and your group would have to go through the Partnership Procedures unless they specify otherwise; the process would be slightly different from the Individual procedures, and they should be able to guide you.
Regular Aspirants — Individual Procedures:
These aspirants are the ones planning to get a degree from a German University. In my case, to get a Master's degree.
Whether you are planning for your Bachelor’s or Master’s, select the relevant one that matches your motivation from the checklists under Individual Procedures.

A Common Misconception:
I have heard many Germany aspirants claiming that they feel demotivated to go to Germany for Bachelors because they would have to attempt TestAS. If you have attempted JEE, then you are in luck. Because JEE Scores will do, you don’t need TestAS.
That is what I did. These aren’t needed (for Masters) but I have sent my JEE Scores and Admit card anyway just to be on the safe side.
GENERAL INFO FOR ALL ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS:
Make sure that all your scores are displayed in English; otherwise, you need to attach a notarized English translation of your scores. Also, make sure you have a seal/logo of the institution.
